I bought this at full price the other week for my grandaughter's christmas present - so much for shopping early!

Is it any good? The reviews seem to suggest so. I do like the new review section on the Argos website.

I got my stepson one a few months ago we painted it cream and brown as he didnt want it pink. It is good quality, the furniture is not that great though. We have painted ours and used felt to make the sofa a bit more cosy. He wants to add his own furniture sets later on something a bit better. Its worth £30! HTH

    Hi,

Check out Netto on Monday 27 October, they are selling dolls furniture (and a dolls house for £29.99) for £1.49 - £2.49. There's also a plugmaster socket to use with the lighting set, see here:

My sister and I are buying one of these for my neices for Christmas and will be buying the furniture also. I'd get in quickly though, these will probably sell out quickly. HTH

To be honest I have wrapped it up and hidden it out of sight. I opened the box but saw too many bits and pieces but I think, on hindsight, I will get my son to come and put it together before Christmas so she can start playing with it on Christmas morning

Just a note for anyone getting these, I picked mine up today and it's quite heavy! If you haven't got a car you might struggle with it if you're picking it up on your own. I'd parked a long way from Argos so had to walk with it and thought it was heavy, even though the nice lady in the store put string round the box to help me carry it. Or maybe I'm just a wimp ;)

A little tip to make it easier, you can buy paper for the roof on ebay. ;)
