25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

Tried both stores in Wakefield today and could find nothing for 20p in either store I may have missed them though! Saw some reduced stickers but nothing for 20p.0

I got 2 cans of very bashed looking shaving foam for 20p each in my local store.That was all they had in the 20p reductions.OH likes them though so I willls see if they have any more tomorrow.
They do have some bits n pieces reduced in various cardboard display stands and dump bins and it looks like the 3 for 2 parcel sticker pressies from last year are coming up on the tills at the reduced price and still 3 for 2."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -
i got some loreal face wash and face wipes for 20p each today but they were by the till with a big 20p sign above, there wasn't any other 20p items in my store - i searched.... for ages lol
really wanted some of that shampoo too0 -
