Hey folks sorry this isnt very money saving but will settle some arguments in my house

Does anyone know why there have been letter on cave hill (similar to those in the HOLYWOOD sign). The letters have been changing each day.

hope someone can shed some light

Apparently a local artist is making a statement....each day a letter is revealed of a word - you need to note them each day to make the word.....

He makes the trek each day to the mountain to change the letter.

The big question is - Is this art?
