Hi all,
I would like advice on how I go about starting up a business after I am discharged from bankruptcy in May 2009. It's going to be in Holistic Therapies I just don't know what options I have.
Thanks so much x

If bankrupt you cant be a director of your own ltd company, but you can once discharged, if trading as a sole trader then there are no restrictions except to say that if you go BR whilst trading you may only trade on in the same name, again once discharged your a free man
or woman...
im not sure about starting as a sole trader when you were not trading at time of BR if not discharged, you may have to trade only in your own nameNow we all know how it felt to play in the band on the Titanic...0 -
Thanks so much for that. It's a long way off so looking like this time next year I want to start a small ltd company as I am too scared to go sole trader and have my name through the mud again lol. x0
