Where is the cheapest place to buy chocolate coins for Christmas? Last year i looked all over looking very carefully at the packets because some seem very cheap, but then you only get a few in the net so not good value.
I can't remember what my last year best buy was.
i guess what I really want is the best £/kg or p/100g

Tha Asda ones are cheap but this year are large and a bit sparse. I paid 79p for a better size bag in Lidl, lot of shapes based on Euro coins and notes.

I bought chocolate coins for 99p in M&S, they have an offer on you can buy 5 bags for the price of 4. This included mix n match with chocolate santas & white chocolate snowmen. Not sure how many were in a bag. :xmastree:0

I bought a load of these yesterday (the snowmen) and I've just checked - the packet is 75gms (which is 15 solid milk choc. snowmen) - I'm assuming the santa's will be the same. The coins came in bags of silver or gold (white or milk chocolate) and all at the 99p BOGOF with a sell by date of July 2007.

The lidl ones mentioned earlier (79p) are 150g bags. Bought some today and we had them last year too; my kids like them because they're "notes" as well as coins, they think they're credit cards.0
