I teach in the day (full time) and started with Phoenix Trading (greetings card company) in the summer to earn a little extra money to pay off our debts, like you, and work the hours I wanted to... so far, so great! Let me know if you want anymore details about it.Make £5 a day challenge - February £54.28/£140

HI
I've done evening office cleaning but as you work shifts it may be difficult.
What about leaflet distribution? Many estate agents, restaurants etc are always looking for people. Ok the money is not that good but what I did was deliver for estate agents, takeaway restuarants, shops etc and delivered them all at the same time so got several lots of pay at the same time.
Maybe not so nice in the grotty weather but needs must I guess!
I don't know if you have a car? If so, DHL regularly look for part time delivery people to deliver small packages within a 3 mile radius of their home and the hours are flexible. Maybe worth ringing their recruitment line to see if they are looking for people in your area, if not - leave your name.
Good luck.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Not knowing what shifts you work - Mon to Fri, 3 on 4 off, etc, I can only offer what worked for me.
I worked Mon to Fri for a council & Sat even/ Sun lunch in a pub. Have also done the party route (Avon, Body Shop type stuff,) but most want them in evening for max attendance.
Currently work no shifts Monday to Friday & `shifts` at a DIY store Sats & Sundays. Tend to find that the full time employees don`t want the permanent wkend shift or any wkend shift if possible! But thats my local store.
With the Xmas temp period coming up, should be able to find something even if only for short term. Though I do know of people that started like that & were kept on aftwards!Living debt free, since Sept 08 & Dec 10 :wall:

TeleTech?
You work from home answering calls on technical support, or customer services - whichever you apply for.
Its a part time job (think the hours are 27 a week) and I dont know if they let you do shifts, but you could ask? I had an interview with them the other day on the phone which I could work around my current job.

I'd recommend Mystery Shopping too - and if you want more information on it there are some really good posts on the 'Up your income' forum.
Good luck!0 -
