helium gas

Hi, I am looking to hire or buy some helium gas for a party I am organising in a few weeks time. Does anyone have any suggestions for the Bournemouth/Poole area or by delivery? I need it for 40 or 50 balloons.

Many thanks

There are lots of online party stores that sell the disposable helium canisters, if you google a few then you'll be able to find the cheapest prices. When we needed helium for the balloons for my grandparent's 50th anniversary, we called the local BOC depot and arranged to hire a canister from them. It was a little more expensive initially as we had to pay to hire the canister, but I think overall it worked out to be much cheaper than buying the disposable canisters (and greener too :)).

Mataland now have a mparty instore which sells professional party items which we use and at good wholesale prices, im not sure if they sell helium as i get mine from wholesales. you can also hire big tank from a party store or your local florist.
