Having taken the plunge we have now made an appointment with CCCS to apply for an IVA. They will be calling us next week and have advised that the telephone appointment will take about an hour. Other than to have our mortgage papers/secured loan details ready we really don't know what to expect.
Has anyone else had this call and feel able to offer some guidance on what sort of questions they will be asking us/ why it takes so long?
Thankyou

hi mother hen
when CCCS call it would be best to have details of all your debts available not just your secured ones.
If I remember rightly ( was 3.5 years ago ) they asked for account numbers and approx balances of all loans and credit cards. You should ahve as much infor as possible for them. Also have details of your bank accounts etc.
I know an hour seems a long time but they need to get full picture and will be either filling in paperwork while talking to you or entering it on a computer.
