I wouldn't call if the DS had gone - with the game.
But i'm going to be left with a game and nothing to play it on!

this was taken off Hotukdeals, its a good offer but people on there seem to be getting the orders cancelled

Mine was Free postage and it hadn't got to the dispatch stage yet. I'm presuming they are cancelling the orders :-(

on there T&C:

"We cannot make changes to orders that have already entered the dispatch process. If you would like to return any items in the order to us after delivery"

So if they have started the "item despatching Soon" stage surely they cant cancel them??

on another note after getting off the phone to my bank they have confirmed that £39.97 has been debited at 15:05, by an online retailer, so if they have taken my money i want my DS!!

After being called 'mam' about 100 times, and having the lady on the phone say she can't even see the orders (?!?!) she asked me the price I paid and then said she'd get the fulfillment place to call me within 24 hours - then my phone cut off!
I will come back here when (if) they call me back!
I don't even mind tooooo much about the DS, but surely they should use theit common sense and take the game off my order too?!

i also had my order cancelled i have just come off the phone to them they are also going to cancel the game and he said he his going to email me with all the details and for my troubles he is sending me a £10 voucher for amazon

edit# i have just checked my account they have put the £10 on to my account and had a seperate email to say they carnt cancel the game but i can refuse it when it comes hth
