Help with outgoings on SOA

Hi, I'm trying to finalise my online forms could someone please take a look at my outgoings, I live alone in a 2 bed flat:
Mortgage - interest only - 389
Housekeeping (including food and cleaning) - 230
Electric (no gas) - 75
Water - 30
Telephone charges - 30
Travelling to and from work and other essential journeys - 200
Clothing - 20
Maintenance payments and fines - 0
Council tax - 80
Buildings/contents insurance 30
Car tax 17
Car insurance 39
Car MOT/service 21
Holiday 20
Opticians 12
Doctors/Dentist 15
TV Licence 12
Also, does anyone know where I list my car, it says under 3.1 but under which heading?
