Hi All
Thanks to this site, I have received a compensation offer for one of my 3 Mis-sold endowment policies.
...but a question for anyone who has had an offer....
Did you Accept the 1st offer they gave you, or should I be looking for an improved offer.....???

Unless you suspect theyve made a mistake, they wont make you an improved offer as theres a standard calc agreed by the FOS. They might have offered you the option of basing on your actual paid rates or the SVR during the life of your mortgages. Unfortunately I think the calc is a black art so working out if theyve made a mistake will be difficult.illegitimi non carborundum0
