Admin fee for refund???

I went to the baby show at Earls Court on Sunday and bought a "Birth to Potty" eco-nappy package for £199.99 direct from Bambino Mio. I paid by credit card and was given my reciept and a comapny brochure, with a promise the goods would be delivered by the end of the month.
When i got home last night i found a better offer on kiddicare.com. They are basically offering the same package i got for £175, or a "Premium package" which is the same as my order plus goods worth £30, for the same price i paid, £199.99.
I rang Bambino Mio this morning to ask if i could have the kiddicare.com Premium Package for the price i paid, but they said no, that this "Premium Package" is exclusive to kiddicare.com. I then asked for a refund so i could go to kiddicare.com and buy this better package. They said thats fine but there is a £10 admin fee for refunds!!!! I haven't recieved any goods and i only bought the package two days ago, im also still buying thier product, just not direct. They say the t&c's are in the back of thier brochure. They are, but i wasn't made aware i was agreeing to them and there is nothing on my reciept to say that there are t&c's anyway.
Is there anything i can do???

Probably not. they dont have to give you a refund just because you found a better deal. The fact that they are is good and even if they charge £10 to process it, you are still getting it cheaper.0

When you paid for the goods and agreed a delivery date you entered into a contract with them. They supplied their brochure with the T&Cs that applied to this contract. Possibly you could try and argue that you weren't made aware of the cancellation admin fee at the time or that you weren't given sufficient time to read the Brochure, but they would most likely argue that you should have asked for more time to review the brochure if you had needed it. It all sounds like it was done correctly and as somebody stated they aren't obliged to give you a refund because you found it cheaper elswhere.
Sorry, I know this isn't what you wanted to hear.

Be absolutely honest with yourself. You fell into "Impulse Buying" at the show. If you do that you more often than not, lose out. You have to think yourself lucky to just lose £10 because you have absolutely no right to any refund.0
