SEPT 2008 - The CSA is responsible for collecting money in 553,800 out of 1,247,100 cases. In 442,000 of these cases the Resident Parent is on Benefits and so apart from £10 each, the money paid by each Non-Resident Parent goes to the Government and not the Resident Parent. The CSA collected £68.6m. Is the Govt. erasing child proverty? You decide!

Sounds like quite a big avoid list!
I had to have a wheat and dairy free diet for 8 years, so have plenty of recipes!
Most things you can just replace, you could use soya milk (unsweetened), oat milk, rice milk, soya cream, sunflower/soya margerine, the Village bakery do a few wheat free rye breads which are very good, and your local health food shope will be a mine of information/new products. You can make up your own muesli to cut out the sugar, by mixing rye flakes, rice flakes, buckwheat flakes and quinoa flakes and adding a little fresh fruit to sweeten. Or just go with porridge!
Orgran do loads of wheat free pasta, but rizopia is better if you can get hold of it. And the wheat free stock cubes and bouillion are even sold in sainsburys nowadays! So you can always make some nice filling soups and risottos.
It takes a while to get used to, but once you get into it, you actually open up far more possibilities than you ever had in your diet before!0 -
thanks tryingtoruletheworld. I find the whole thing overwhelming, I never use to be allergic to anything and could eat pretty much anything. I've made a note of your recommendations and I guess you are right about visiting the local health shopSEPT 2008 - The CSA is responsible for collecting money in 553,800 out of 1,247,100 cases.
