We got the shinco 7" last year from Firebox, about 150 quid can't fault it. You can get it a bit cheaper now though. Also not sure, but thought I saw one advertised in Argos under 70 quid yesterday Hitachi 7" I think.

I just recieved a Goodmans 7" and Shinco 9" from comet's clearance site. They're great and I've saved a fortune.

The goodmans has brilliant sound and came in a case with earphones, car and t.v adapter. The Shinco has an amazing picture and came with adaptors.

You have to bid but its definately worth it.

TJ Hughes have several at good prices. Daewoo at £75. Prism including an 8 film pack at £79. Goodmans twin screen at £149.
