Repayment plan and online payment ?

If I go into a repayment plan which is £7 a month,will my online account be changed accordingly so i can pay online or do I have to pay via telephone ?

Hi Daniel.Afraid I can't answer your query for certain, but I've bumped up your thread so it's at the top for someone who knows more about it. In the highly unlikely event that no one else answers, then ask the question from the repayment plan people as they'll give you an answer straight away.
