Quickquid Payday loan - help needed urgently

Hi there
I need help urgently. I took out a payday loan with this company, initially for #400 and I must repay #490 by 31 October. The problem is my bank have called in my overdraft and closed my account. I am trying to open a new account but because I am in so much debt I am finding this very hard. Quickquid are being very unhelpful and have said they will only accept a payment from my bank account. We have rung to say that my partner can pay the debt but they will not accept this and have said they cannot accept any other method of payment apart from a bank account in my name. This company are supposed to be regulated by the Consumer Credit Act. Can they do this and refuse a payment if we want to make one? even though it is not directly from my bank account. I have never heard of anything so ludicrous and these people are really starting to get to me!!! I think they want me to default so they can stick loads of charges on the amount I owe! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have contacted the CCCS and am going into a Debt Management Plan but I just want to get this debt paid off as I can see are going to cause problems.

If you do not require a cheque book or guarantee card and are depositing money there should not be a problem with opening another account. Look on the bankrupt thread for banks that will open basic accounts for those made bankrupt - they must surely be prepared to deal with you? Once the account is opened you can deposit £490.00 cash from your partner and then pay this company from your account. I`m no expert, but it seems to me this would work? Good luck.Debt September 2020 BIG FAT ZERO!
Now mortgage free, sort of retired, reducing and reusing and putting money away for grandchildren...0
