I was wondering if anyone here can help.
My daughter is in difficulty with repayments for debts held in England but has now gone to live and work in S Ireland.I am helping her out and using templates from this site and also National Debtline info pack.
The stage we are at is making offers to her creditors. To date had no replies.
My question is....if they refuse,is any action they take against her in England enforceable over there.
Many thanks
