Bank Accounts

Just got off phone with Paypal, booked a call on wednesday to go through stuff

I owe
Halifax Card £5800
Mint Card £3500
Egg Card £7900
Credit Solutions (Egg Loan) £6055
Barclaycard £450
Barclays O/D £2000

I earn £2000 nett and have a 2 yr old, long story and been kicking around for too long. Had CCCS DMP but was stumping the payments on a CC for too long then defaulted as cards dried up. Lost a baby recently also which did not help and was then talking to Debt Free Direct re an IVA but just getting more and more confused. Owned up to my lovely wife regarding the debt 3 weeks ago which was just awful especially as we had just gone through the baby thing. My main question as Payplan seem very helpful is how do I get another bank account and can anyone recommend a good bank to go for to get this sorted as I did not realise until the IVA chat that I wold need to include the overdraft

sorry it rambles a bit but so much going through my confused head at the moment and just need to release some off it

Are you sure an IVA is right for you? DFD and Payplan specialise in them. Do you have assets to protect such as house.

As far as banks are concerned - which bank are you with at the moment as many banks are "linked"?
Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)
    Mortgage free since 2014 :)
