Help - form completion income

I'm busy trying to complete the bankrupcy forms and have a question regarding my income. I'm due a pay rise in Decembers pay (end Dec) but am planning to go BR beginning of December, so on my income do I put my new wage or the wage i'm getting now. It's only an increase of 600 per annum but it all still counts!
Many thanks
