Help! dried out chicken any ideas?

I honestly do not know how i managed to do it but I did! i dried out three chicken breasts in the slow cooker!!

i used half of one shredded up in a chicken soup and made the other half into some chicken mayo for sarnies but what about the other two??

Old stylers do you have any ingenious ideas?

Why not make a rich tomato sauce to moisten the chicken - fry onion & garlic 'til soft, add salt & pepper, mixed herbs, stir in a tin of chopped tomatoes & simmer until it thickens, add some sundried tomatoes & olives if you have them & you like them then chuck in the chicken chopped into chunks & heat through thoroughly. Bobs your uncle - hunters chicken - or if you want to be posh chicken cacciatore. I serve it with pasta or rice & it's very yummy.
  • make a white sauce add mushrooms, peppers and chicken or whatever you have to put in and serve with boiled rice - a sort of chicken supreme
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I will go with Butterfly - have done this with left over chicken on numerous occasions. A fairly cheap and tasty meal. I do tend to add a chicken stock cube to the white sauce and some garlic for extra flavour.
