candle girl, i've done this before and it really does work but now I give everyone 20% off catalogue prices then everyones happy. It doesn't cost me anything as I put someones order through with the hostess commissionand so it all balances out.

Hi All,

Well, I'm now signed up and had my starter party on Thurs, bit of a wash out but think I have enough orders now to clear my kit but no further parties booked. I plan on printing out lots of cards and putting these through doors and in the local shops. Does anyone have a good idea of what to put on these?

At least my kit is cleared, fingers crossed i make some money now!

Hurray, we have life!!!! I've done 4 parties this year now and am glad to be back in the swing of things after being spoilt with nearly 3 weeks off.....it was lovely to be in the house every night though!!!!! I'm concentrating on trip - just 2 starter shows to get in and get qualified then my bum will be jetting off to Crete - I can do and will do it-positive metal attitude...lol. I'd love a free holiday!!!!!!

Well done for clearing your kit, that's fab! Have you asked everyone you know if they will hold a party for you? friends, relatives, work contacts, neighbours, contacts through your children (if you have any) - make sure you go through all the benefits of having a party... Now is the time - 25% hostess commission this month which is fabulous, great hostess specials and don't forget the €100/€50 wax pack! Partylite is literally throwing freebies at their hostesses this month so use the opportunity and talk, talk, talk to everyone you can think of! All they can say is no! xx

I have one starter show for next week and one potential that I'll see tomorrow.....free hol would be amazing!!!!

Yes, got 2 delivered today : purple reed diffuser bottle, mulberry refill, forbidden fruits jar, mini barrel, 2 x tealights, 2 x votives and 6" pillar....not bad for free!!!
