hi girls, im going to get on the phone tonight and get some bookings. i need to kick start my business after having my baby. ive only got 1 booking this month and would like 3 or 4, im starting back slowly as the little one is still feeding from me so i dont want to be away from her for long. i need to be active this month so i gain my earnings from my 2 sponsors!

i hate getting on the phone, has anyone any advise to make it a bit easier?

I know this prob goes without saying:

I don't mind phoning so much, once i have prepared for the calls. Like having my specials out, hostess and also i check what the customer bought before or what they were interested in.

All this combined makes me feel more confident. That way you can always say, i remember you liked that and currently its only lol

Hope you are sucessful getting the dates in the diary, scratchcards could help convince anyone that is undecided.

Hi Ladies .... thought I would introduce myself I am a newbie consultant just finished my first month, qualified but didnt bonus (not a happy bunny so wanted the freebies for bonusing) can anyone give me ideas for getting more bookings, I have tried leaflet drops but they havent generated much interests also tried emailing schools offering fundraising ideas and done a fundraiser for a local toddler group but alas only 1 booking for this month..... any ideas would be much appreciated ... going out leaflet dropping again tomorrow ...... hope the snow stays off :eek:

I would say the best way to get parties is at your existing parties - try using bribes for parties little gifts made up in nice cellophane I also have extra special gifts for certain dates I want taken.
I have done various leaflets drops and they can be pretty much a waste of time and effort.
