ooh, my lunch costs vary, sometimes leftovers, so probably less than £1, other days £4, when I am not organised and need to visit the canteen (about twice a week):o

Been lurking in this site for ages, so thought this sounded like a good opportunity to join.

Hmmm.... I've always made my lunches, try and take leftovers as much as possible, so only buy the minimum of stuff specifically for lunch - maybe works out at about £1 a day?

Hmmm... well, I only eat every other day, but when I do it's usually about £4.50 worth of salad, tofu, olives and smoothie from Asda...

If I take my lunch to work work it costs me less that £1 a day, but if I have to buy my lunch in the canteen it costs about £3.50 (and that's meant to be subsidised :eek:).
