I usually take a packed lunch and I'd guess that costs around £0.50 to £1.00. I eat at the uni at least once a week, though (:beer: _pale_ ) and that's about £6.00 to £6.50 (including a drink).0

i take a pack up, sandwiches crisps and some lovely home made cake. now its getting colder the flask would be most uesful for soup for those long cold days in the taxi :santa2:0

Usually about 50p I would say on a packed lunch but upto £5 on treat out occasionally to meet friends!!:beer:0

I generally spend (for two adults and two children) £2 a day. If my son has a school dinner it cost £1.800

I seem to go through phases - for a few weeks running I'll be really good and take in salad, leftovers or HM broth (50p - £1 max) and then I slip for a few weeks and buy JP and a drink from the canteen (£4 + :eek::eek::eek:). Nothing i live at home with the parents and take a packed lunch to work every day. Saving for a house of my own so cant afford to pay for lunch every day!!! lol0

Hmmm...now let me see, how much do i spend on lunch ..... well here goes
tescos blackcurrant squash made up at home in a reuseable bottle = 7p
plastic bread - kingsmill presliced brown bread 2 slices = 10p
filling for sandwich roughly = 40p
flora marg = 2p max
apple = 20p
yoghat (when on special offer) = 20p
thats about so, so total = 99p a day :j
Best price is when a rep comes during lunch time and gives a talk - they bring lunch and then ofcourse its FREE!!! :rotfl:
