I eat at work for free twice a week and other days I use up leftovers or have homemade soup/salad/sandwich/cheese on toast etc so would estimate cost at 50p/day max. On weekends we occasionally go out for lunch @ £10 per adult on average.

I have a packed lunch of left overs or sandwiches 3 times a week and twice a week I eat out. Normally Thai (Thai West) at £4.95 or sausage and mash (Mothers Mash W1) at £6.95
