  • I try to keep it to a minimum and bring a packed lunch so I would say £1 on a good day. Heinz beans snap pots are great in the winter. If I forget or dont have time and have to pop out for lunch this is quite pricey, and I could end up spending £4 to 5.
  • Set myself a 2 pound limit but always get tempted and spend closer to 4
  • I reckon I manage to keep it to about a £1 a day
  • I spend around £2-3 per day in our subsidised canteen, but also spend a whopping £1.80 on coffee at the trainstation every morning to try and wake up on my commute, which, coupled with a weekly pub lunch on Fridays (loosely classified as a "Team Meeting" !) means that my daily budget is probably around £6 (aarghh, just worked out this means £30 per week on lunch - need to go on a diet!)

Winning a lunch box would mean that this should focus my sandwich making instincts!!

    Cheers

  • I always make my own sandwiches. If I add up the cost of bread filling and salad, I'd say about 75p a day. Most people in my office buy from sandwhich bars costing them about £5 a day!!
My curent sandwich box desperately needs replacing, and I like the idea of getting all the extras like a flask etc for the tram ride, very cool!
  • Usually about £2 - £3 a day if I'm buying from the staff canteen! But around £5 if I'm making my own lunch! I usually make salads and can make a couple of days worth with this!!
  • I spent about £2.00 per day on lunch. My company provides tea, coffee, etc so it's only my sandwich that I pay for.
  • about £1.50 as i make my own
  • My home-made lunch costs £1 max per day.
  • I currently spend £2.50 onmy lunch every day at Sainsburys (2 for a £5 on their naturals meals and their not half bad!)
