Help Ive lost my plastic measure for my BM

Ive got a Morphy Richards BM but have mislaid my plastic measuring cup and all the recipes are in cups.

Anyone have one and know what one of those cups of flour weighs please.

I knew I should have converted it just incase and I did on the fluid :cry:

    250g is a 'cup'.. but I just use any old cup. yo can usually buy a cheapy set I know tesco had some in for about 50p for several different sized cups.

    When I lost my measuring spoons I found that Morphy Richards customer services were very helpful and I could buy new ones that were not too expensive, delivered by post within a couple of days.
