DMP with Byrom and Keeley

My husband had a DMP with Byrom and Keeley. He only had 2 debts one for £27k with RBS AND one for 5k with first response finance. Throughout the whole DMP which has been going on since April Byrom and Keeley payed the creditors late which incurred charges but worse still was paying the completly wrong company and account number for 5 months obviously inccuring more charges.
Last month RBS offered to write off the debt of 27k for 12k so we have done that and this has been settled the other debt to first responce I am now paying direct to them as i was guarentor so it is partly my responsibility.
We now therefore have no need for a DMP as my husband has no debt for them to deal with however they are now constantly bombarding him with calls and messages.
My question is, is he obligated to stay with Byrom and Keeley?

Hi
First things first.
have you read the contract he signed.
How much per month was he paying them?
Do you realsie that you can get the same service for free from CCCS, Payplan, CAB or NDL.
He has been paying B&K's fees when he could have been paying his debts off.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
No i havent seen the contract he signed we were not together at the time and he has no idea what he agreed to.
He was paying £250 a month and they were taking 17% of that each month aswel as like i said paying the creditors late and sometimes even companies he didnt owe money to!!
That was why i advised him when we got back together to stop using them as he could pay a lot more of his debt off by paying them directly or using one of the free charities ,However as he only had one debt left now and thats half mine and i am paying first response direct which they are much happier with as they are getting what was origonally agreed each month rather than the £18 a month they were getting with B&K can B&K make him use them?
He doesnt actually have any debt anymore so how can he be tied in to a contract with them when he has no debt?
Plus they must owe us money not the other way round as they didnt do their job and cost us money in charges and late payments!?0
