i think fb is thinking his/her options over in case they don't want to stay with their current lender.

i think it would subliminally to an EA and viewers if you were selling it, but as most remortgage valuations are done as drive-bys they will probably not even set foot inside your home.

what is your LTV, current rate and what fee/s did you pay for your current product? the one way to improve your position is to overpay your mortgage, this will reduce the LTV and may make a better range of products available to you.

what makes u think most remortgages are driveby's?
