Hubby has just had a letter,putting him forward for early discharge:j


We both went bankrupt on july 1st .So there is hope for me yet:j


Just wanted to wish you lot on the forum a big Thankyou:beer:

good luck, fingers crossed, seems 56 days from returning IPOQ is the earliest possible date for a ED, so 26nd of this month could see me ED'd

sent it back special delivery/signed for so they cant claim it didnt get there!

The letter didn't have one included not sure if it's cause hubby is on incapacity

He's been ill for quite a few years and as I look after him our Income is solely benefits

i'am afraid:o

Yep. That would be why.

If your only income is benefits and your situation is unlikely to change long term then they often skip the IPOQ.

Hope they do that to me now i am on JSA but with my luck just at the moment i cant see it although the OR did contact me as they had a bit of paperwork missing which i had returned which i have just resent to them.

I have been on JSA since 13th March! Heard absolutely nothing from OR..advised her of temp contracts (worked for 6 weeks) the JSA again

What next I ask:eek:
