Afternoon all. How is everyone?

Wasn't going to come in today but here I am. Gonna catch up on comps and give big snap a miss... hope others are being successful over there.

Cold here too but no gales. OH has gone up to Edinburgh with work so am on my own tonight. Then I'm going down to Clacton tomorrow so won't actually see OH until very early Sunday morning if he's still awake (hope so!).

Afternoon all, hope all is ok with everyone.
Mum had her hip op yesterday, sounds a bit of a palava really, they tried to give her an epidural, which they shouldnt have, because she was spina bifada when she was born, then they tried a general, but ended up giving her 13, doses of morphine We will find out what went on though, when I got there she still wasnt awake and they had to give her something to bring her round, and they snapped her glasses in half:eek:
Anyway just spoke to dad, and today shes fine and doing ok, she was pale last night going to see her bout 4ish, dad going at 3 thnk shes home saturday:j

been catching up on comps ending, up to the 27th so far

still a gale here and very cold, was snow on the hills last night

going anywhere nice then? to think this time last year i was sunning myself beside the pool at a villa in orlando, aaah good times:D

afternoon everyone....finally made it to dentist this morning after hardly any sleep last night and took two diazapams....i ended up having 2 fillings in one go....so glad thats over for now....can relax a bit...chilly here have the fire going and going to catch up on competitions from last night and today...best wishes for your mum chris....

We're going to Blackpool to see the lights, bit of a come down for us to after our Florida holiday earlier this year lol
