Not been in much today... been over in snap - no wins for me though and feeling like I've done nothing with my evening. Bit worried actually, my neck and shoulders have been painful since Sunday night which is why I ended up at the docs back in April and being signed off with anxiety. OH reckons I'm getting all worked up about things again but I don't know what about. Going to sign off now and go to bed, I've got an event at work tomorrow and am really tired and don't want bags under my eyes!

Anyway, sorry to waffle away.

morning xxx i struggled to wake up today, had a 15 min jog/run with topsy, shoved paul on train got ds up and ready, fed dog and polished xxx i might nap when he goes too school i cant shake off tiredness xx
