These people are not a call centre ! I ound thm really helpful - even to the point of suggesting I DONT cancel my motor insurance witout checking what my existing insurers would charge!! They were right!!!
However there Goods in Transit Quote was so cheap!!!!
They were helpful but n ot aggressive!! Call them
