no fees

i currently have a mortgage with NR,i have £27000 left of my mortgage and 13 years to go,the value of my house is a £140000,the problem i'm finding is trying to find another lender that has none or little fees,because the time i have added on the fees i end owing more than i started with,anyone know of any lenders out there,cause as you know NR will offer you nothing.thanks

    yes u will find lenders offering no arrangement fee, free valuation and free legals however be prepared to pay a slightly higher rate.
