The Cheap/Free hotel

Not sure where to put this sorry.

A while ago the newsletter email said about a hotel website where you signed up to and it put credit (i think £29) into your account, so you could either get a free hotel stay or for £29 cheaper than usual.

I've totally forgotten what hotel group it was for and the address, does anyone remember?

Thank you,
Shell

  • This is the website that I signed up to and used abnd think it is brilliant.

    www.travel-offers.co.uk

I brought the "Directory of free Hotel Accom" because there are two to choose from and it was about £30.

You save loads, I am going to stay in a hotel in St Albans next week and in my book its £32 for dinner, bed and breakfast and when looking in the website its £125, so it saves loads and there are some really nice hotels in the book. On one hotel my 7 year old daughter has been free also. I would defo recommend.

Hotel club is not necessarily the cheapest though.
  • no one said it was actually the cheapest...unless the hotel ou want to stay in is around the £25/£30 a night mark.

Yes, but it is available through Topcashback.
Mine tracked yesterday after one day but only at £4 and NOT the £15 advertised. My booking was NOT lastminute but for the end of Jan. 09. A enquiry is in for the full amount and I'll update when I hear anything, though there have been lots of issues regarding the correct cashback amount and I'm not fully sure what the outcome has been. Still, a great result, a room (4* Algarve b&b) for £8.50'ish-£4 so far=£4.50'ish for two people b&b.
If the £15 cashback is given I'll get the room for free and change for the first round of drinks.

  • What Lynsey said. I've just been paid £16 through Topcashback into my bank account (4 x £4) and have another 4 x £4 waiting to be confirmed.

All were supposed to be £15 although I haven't put an enquirey in because I didn't want to queer the deal for the future.

You can not only stay in hostels for free but also get paid to do it!
  • There's actually a pretty cheap hotel deal going here http://www.hotelclub.com/christmas2008.asp

Looks like its free to register for the $30 as well.
