I am a bit perkier than usual this morning as Sam slept through. I think i am going to have to accept that DH is a noisy sleeper and disturbs him, and i should get a wriggle on and sort out thhe nursery now for him to sleep in. I took a step towards it by washing the cot buddies bumper yesterday, so i will maybe write an itemised list a la toots and deniseNZ to see where i need to go - current problem is life is a bit too manic every weekend for me to get on, and DH gets in too late for me to get anywhere on a weekday as it is kiddies bedtime then i am pooped.
It's my 3rd wedding anniversary today. DH left me a card, and it says pretty much what mine did, a little joke about being romantic and managing to not fall asleep on the sofa. Does that mean we are approaching middle age i wonder?
Glad you're feeling better Michelle, and good luck with the nursery - breaking it down into small chunks is great - you will definitly feel better once that's done...
And yes, if you're falling asleep on the sofa, you're middle aged... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: (only joking, you're nowhere near, just that I am always doing that...)LBM April 2013 - £29,000.00Vanquis CC's PAID - Debenhams SC PAID - A+L OD PAID - Asda CC £783.75Barclaycard CC £1400.78 - BoS CC PAID - Freemans Cat PAIDF/D Loan & CC £1458.96 - Santander Loan PAID - Mum Loan PAIDRBS OD PAID - F/D OD £1026.52Weekly Grocery Challenge - £95.00 budget / spend £-0 -

Happy anniversary Michelle, have a lovely day, even if it is without DH.
Hope today is less eventful for you Pigpen.
LO and i having another quiet day at home, she is better but not 100%. She is eating and drinking better now so hopefully on the road to recovery. Must just be a 24hr thing. Spoke to the holiday club(it is half term already up here), and apparently there is quite a few kids off with it:o Hope we didnt infect them all.
Gives me time to do my list i suppose:p
Glad LO's on the mend - it really is going about at the moment...

Good morning everyone :hello:
Well i have been flying but i am so so busy its frightening and i am having it a bit rough lately i am now on my 7th week of having a period!! Its washing me out although i am taking my well woman i have now started back on my iron (spatone) 3 days ago and i am feeling a little more alive now. I have a scan at 11:20 today to find out whats up as my coil has also gone for a swim around my womb:o .Lets just hope no damage done.
Also been so busy as my aunt was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks ago, so been running around there, turn out her trapped nerve was actually pathological fractures of the spine caused by a secondary cancer and the primary cancer is in the womb, the hysterectomy is to be done this week waiting in the gynae to sort it out.
My best friend whose marriage had collapsed, the one i bought all the items for, well she as adjusted well. It was frightening as her hubby had made her so dependant on him. Now 6 weeks later she is fully independant. I feel i have done a good job. I made her file with all bill details and contact numbers for them and run through how to be an old styler:rotfl: . Its been tough as i have lots of tears and late night calls but i think we have made it through.
PIGPEN don't you be hitting me with that feather duster, i have been flying honestly, in fact my house is almost fully decluttered and tidy everywhere. i am loving it. 1 hour and the whole house is clean again. All thanks to this thread. I now have time for myself and little gremlin, i am loving it, so a very big thankyou to all ou lovely flyladies:T . Its amazing how the power of saying public what your going to do, It really does motivate you to do it!!
I have been lurking a little but not fully caught up so will catch up this afternoon or tonight,
Hugs for all the need them (( )) xx
Happy flying ladies

Morning everyone.
I am a morning person but lately Im sleeping later than I usually do.
Been looking in the local paper for a builder. In my kitchen which is small I have a large window in the little offshoot that was built on years ago. Also a window facing into the yard in original kitchen. Thinking of getting large one taken out and wall bricked up. Need other one taken out and double glazed one put in. Might warm the kitchen up a bit.
