Sorry, BM question!

Hi, some time back I read that Dove did a packet of instant yeast ideal for BMs. I bought some, but bread doesn't rise as well as sachets although taste is fine . Do you need to use more? Where's the best place to keep it once opened?

Thanks.

Thanks RosyRed, I put mine in a small tupperware type box in the original bag in the fridge but after the lack of rise in loaf, I read the pack and it just says to re-seal the pack and keep in a cool dry place. I thought I'd read on here that someone kept it in the fridge so I did so but now I was wondering it the fridge isn't a dry place:confused:
Oh well, as I said it tastes ok so I'll continue till it's used up (may be some time unfortunately and then it will most probably be O.O.D.) then it definitely WONT be ok!
