hi all i'm just warning you as i didnt realise... i started a bit of xmas shopping for my twins and ordered 2 ben 10 figure sets from the direct website £19.97... then yesterday when doing my grocery shop i browsed the isles and notice the same toys at £14.97
as i'd ordered 2 thats almost £10 more for me!! i phoned the customer services who very unhelpfully told me that yes this does happen and they dont honour the instore prices... its in their terms and conditions... i have now cancelled my order but will take 3-5days for my refund :-(
i'm just letting you know!!!!!

Yes, I found this when I saw a Kenwood Chef for £199 in the store (sale price too) and it was £150, for the same model, in the catalogue. I asked the assistant if they would let me have it for the same price, and he tutted, rolled his eyes, and said "obviously things are cheaper if you order them on line". Needless to say, I didn't buy it!0

yes but this is more expensive on line than in store.. i just can't believe it to be honest £5 difference on a small toy.. its robbery!!0

Either way, you think they would match the price! Just shows they can charge what they like. Especially with toys, they are so expensive to start with and after xmas they will all be cheaper...0

Next do the same and again they won't refund the difference - bit of an insult as they also charge for the catalogue.
