Why oh why are you not all collectively forming an action group & lobbying for:
TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY?
Question 1: Is offering new clients deals, unavailable to existing clients TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY?
I would hope you all have many others unanswered questions such as repossessions etc.

People who decided to form a group and raise objections re' Shared Appreciation Mortgages (SAMs). Bank of Scotland are moving their case forward through similar action . http://www.safe-online.org/SAFE-HBOS-TALK-OVER-SAMS.html
Good Luck
This thread is to support all NR Customers, so please for those who feel these problems are the responsibility of the borrower who you may considered to have acted irresponsibly, please post your remarks on another thread, I thank you respectfully for this.

Feisty, as an adviser, you should be aware that quite a few lenders offer deals to new customers, that aren't available to existing customers, so why target it purely at Northern Rock customers?0
