Why oh why are you not all collectively forming an action group & lobbying for:

TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY?

Question 1: Is offering new clients deals, unavailable to existing clients TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY?

I would hope you all have many others unanswered questions such as repossessions etc.

Feisty, as an adviser, you should be aware that quite a few lenders offer deals to new customers, that aren't available to existing customers, so why target it purely at Northern Rock customers?
