Who picks the families who are screened, is it Martin or the programmes producers? :santa2:0
-
Huh, it might be good if they started it on time! . Still at least I'm ready and waiting today!I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe0
-
Do the families get those savings in cash themselves? I mean do they get what Martin saves as extra cash for them?0
-
£50k between them, I'm sure there must be more deserving people.
No sign of Mr Plastic Piggy yet!
Call1899 and Justdial......no!!!!!0 -
:snow_laug at opening titles! You are such a good catch Martin and I like the way you zap. Fancy letting you wander round their bedrooms! :eek:Torgwen.......... ...........0

There he is...2.48pm.0

Will he be helping those on low incomes? At the moment he's helped couples on high incomes, what about single mums or families on low incomes in rented properties?0

One thing I've noticed now we've had two programmes......
A lot of the 'savings' are reliant on them being consistent and truthful.
So far both programmes have had people who resemble the dodgy home loan adverts.....they look unconvincing in front of the camera.
Good to see Mr Piggy wasn't in this one much. Hopefully he'll be bacon soon.0 -
The last two couples don't really look like how most live today. Shouldn't the programme be aimed at those who are struggling the most?0
-
I don't really agree that fewer visits to the cash machine = money "saved".
Also it would be good if we could be told which service providers etc. are offering the best rates, rather than just advised to shop around, which I would think most people do anyway.
Nice couple, but I wonder how long the resolutions about takeaways and MacD's meals will last, given that they obviously lead extremely busy lifestyles. How about Martin revisiting in a couple of months, to see whether they have stuck with the changes?I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe0
