It didn't work for me at first, till I deleted my cookies and also make sure you've entered the country. Keep trying and hope it goes through ok. The form is coming up for me ok at the moment.

not working for me either and not allowed to delete cookies as work comp. Also cannot select country as automatically entered UK and you cannot click on it. Will keep trying though cause it looks lovely. Thanks to all the posters

Am really surprised this freebie is still available- I started the thread nearly 9 mths ago! For anyone having trouble with the form, it just seems to work for some people & not others, but you don't need to be worried about missing out as it's actually a postcard with a wee perfume patch on it! It's nice though for putting in a drawer, or even in your hoover bag.
