Whoo Hoo !

Just thought I would share with you that I only have one month (next month) left to pay off hubbys frozen bank a/c which means I then have another £450 a month to chuck at the other debts.

I know its only a little bit but it is pleasing me no end :)

Oh and hubby has started to realise the state of our affairs and no he hasn't got off his !!!!!! to get a second job himself but he has got us a 2nd lodger for the box room - Its a start ;)

Keep up the good work mse's

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Whilst not wanting to be a scrooge at this time of year; if you have a second lodger you should tell the inland revenue. The 'rent a room scheme' tax break is for one lodger only. (Although if it was me I wouldn't bother telling them).

    Well done!

The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.

well done indeed, paying off any debt is a good thing.

and £450 is a lot for other debts each month!
  • I have spoken to the Inland Revenue and its fine cos the 2nd lodger is only staying for approx 1 month till his flat gets sorted out, he isn't paying rent as such but buying food shopping etc.
So dont worry about being a scrooge Xbigman.

Incase I dont get to say it beforehand - MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY ;)
