Milupa Baby Milk in BULK

am looking to purchase Milupa Amptil baby milk in bulk if possible?

We use the ready made 200ml cartons as our water is not very good but am fed up off wandering off to the shops only to find they have a very small amount of stock (usually enough to last 2/3 days)

Does anybody know anywhere where it may be purchased in bulk?

Would maybe also be interested in starting a campaign to pursuede Amptill to produce the ready made stuff in larger 1 litre cartons much like SMA does!

Cheers

Pete

why not buy a water filter it makes such a difference & if you are exclusively bottle feeding it would save you a fortune to be able to buy the tins. Alternatively you could try contacting your local supermarket & seeeing if they would supply in bulk to you.

  • Well the only slight saving I've found on these cartons recently is that our local Asda (Watford) sells them in packs of 3 for £1.20 (usually 49p each?). I assume we're talking about the No 1 formula?
  • Unfortunately it's against the law, or some code or other, to reduce or incentivise first baby milks in any way, so you won't be able to get a discount on them.

not bothered about getting a discount on them...just want to be able to buy more than the 30 at a time we currently can!

Water filter does not work really....the water here has a real bad chlorine smell/taste....appreciate filter will remove some, but dont want to risk upsetting a delicate stomach!

you should boil the water & allow it to cool before using it to make up milk feeds for a baby anyway so that should get rid of the taste. Try it, boil some & pop it in a jug & in the fridge then try it. you will be amazed at the difference tastes just like mineral water without the hefty price tag.

    hope that helps
