Good mattress

Hi,
I suffer with severe neck pain and currently have a awful firm mattress which is making it worse.
I went to the bed store today and tried a Kaymed Visco pocket 2000 which was heavenly but have read that plush mattresses like these sag after a short time. This one costs around £900.
I also tried a healthbeds memory flex which is just visco elastic and a healthbeds pocket sprung/visco elastic but found this one a bit hard.
Does anyone out there with a back/neck problem own any of these beds and give me any feedback please?

Hi.
If you read through the which mattress thread you will see that I usually advise a maximum of 1800 pocket springs in a king size mattress, otherwise the springs have to be so small to fit in the mattress that they get damaged easily.
A good mattress shouldn't sag as long as it is looked after and turned on a regular basis. This is why I advise against non turn mattresses.
The memoryflex isn't just visco elastic. It is visco elastic memory foam on top of reflex foam.
How firm do you like your mattress?0
