Hello!
I am on of the poor unfortunates who has an unusual name, so when you search on google for my name the link to the insolvency register is the 1st listing.
Now I was discharged on august 21st so i know I will stop being searchable on the actual IS website on November 21st (please correct me if Im wrong)
However I am right to assume that the Google search will also vanish. My logic being its finding it on the IS website and therfore wont be able to "find" it on any search post nov 21st?
Thanks

Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense

How unfortunate kpp to have it come up like that, I never thought of that. My name is far to 'popular' for that to happen to me.
Although your name was quick to appear near the date of your bankruptcy it doesn't always come off as quickly but will do in time.
