CCA Request for account stared in 2007

Hey all,

Am trying to find information regarding requesting a CCA for my CApital One credit card but it was only issued in 2007 and I've read somewhere that there are differences to post and pre 2007 cca agreements.

In this situation can i still request one and if one is not provided go along the same route or as its post 2007 i have no authority to request one and they don't need to provide one?

Have searched and searched but found nothing!!

I believe you can still request your agreement, and as far as i know, it has to be provided.

    BUT

it does not have to contain the same information. The key date is 6 April 2007 - thats when the change (with respect to the information it HAD to contain) came into effect.
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

The agreement is from August 2007 so regardless of the fact that information that must be provided has changed it remains unaltered that they do have to provide a signed cca in the 1st place in order for it to be enforceable.

I'm not using it as a 'get out clause' but am due to have a baby in a few weeks and anything I can do to delay things until the new year is being taken.
    thanks for your help :)
