Jambalaya Question

HiI really fancy Jambalaya for tea after seing the recipie on here but I have just got the chicken out of the freezer. Can I use the microwave to defrost it or is that a bit iffy

I defrost chicken breasts in the microwave all the time, because I often forget to get it out of the freezer early enough. Don't know if it's strictly advisable, but I haven't had any nasty side effects so far!
The only thing I would advise is to turn them every couple of minutes, or they tend to start cooking at the edges before they're fully defrosted in the middle.Extra Payment Every Week Challenge:
