Order against my property

Hi everyone,

This is my situation, i live with my girlfriend whos name is on the mortgage, we both have debts and are now in a DMP, I was in court the other day to get a judgement on my MBNA account, anyway the judge told me to shut up when i was putting my case forward and told me to accept her judgement or she would place an order on me so i did.

Anyway i got the courts paperwork through saying i had to pay x amount per month starting from November ok i can handle that no probs, now the solicitors (RESTONS) who are working for MBNA have told the land registry that the judgement was an order against my property when it does not say anything like that.

This Reston company are a right piece of work, anybody got any advise.

Cheers

  • Hi,
I suggest you ring the court tomorrow and get them to clarify the judgement, and tell them what Restons are trying to do. If they have no granting by the judge ther is nothing they can do.
