When are they passing on the rate cut? Will this apply to their standard variable rate?

I'm with Birmingham Midshires - part of Halifax RBS. I spoke to them last Tuesday and again on Friday and neither of the people I spoke to could tell me, they were useless! Well I think now I shall wait and see what happens although I would expect to be told at some point  I won't hold me breath
  • Birmingham Midshires is part of HBOS i.e. Halifax Bank of Scotland - nothing to do with RBS
