Woolworths 3 for 2 was fantastic instore, not sure about online.

I went on Friday and Sunday - it was packed on Sunday though.

I saved about £150. Usually with these 3 for 2 offers prices are slightly bumped up to cover for the loss but I didn't find this to be the case, some toys were genuinely half price or less. I did my homework before I set out and I am really pleased with the toys I got my DS x 2 and I got a few things for my nephew. I wish they would bring back the 3 for 2 on all their Christmas stock, they did it every year until a couple of years ago.
  • hi lalamb, i dont think they will do that again for a couple of reasons:
    1. It was a nightmare with the tills, with items not going through correct and also with refunds and
    2. The company always used to remove lines from the 3 for 2 leaving us staff to remove all the 3 for 2 stickers which was very time consuming.

I think they are just going to be good low prices all the time and also do special events like this one. It definatly worked this weekend though as everywhere was packed but kinda agree with u on the online thing, pretty poor :-(

i dont know what they would do with that situation, perhaps you could email them and ask them, was the one item that was in stock your free one? If that is the case, I cant see them letting you have it for free

Nope the item they can supply is £45 and the two they couldnt supply were £30.

I'm hoping that they will be willing to knock £10 off which i dont think is excessive.

  • yeah i think you should try that, otherwise i would just cancel the lot, im sure you can get the £45 one in store or somewhere else cheaper
